Launched in June 2023, 510 Firehouse is a community organization focused on incubating, producing, and presenting arts and culture projects in Oakland, California. Projects range from art installations, yoga, poetry readings, dance performances and everything in between.

Lay of the land:

• Located in historic Chinatown
• 3 floors
• 1st Floor/Main Hall has a stage/open space, kitchenette, 2 Patios, ADA accessible Bathroom
• 2nd Floor is mezzanine
• 3rd Floor has 3 rooms, 2 Bathrooms
  1. Main Room: Couch, chairs, dining table with 4 chairs, tv, full kitchen
  2. Second Room: can be used as conference room (table and chairs can be provided)
  3. Third Room: up 5 stairs and has a love seat/futon
